Mónica is the Senior Medical Director at Evestia Clinical and a medical oncologist with over 30 years of experience in clinical and oncology research, gained in leading national and international companies. Throughout her career, she has held senior-level positions across key areas of the pharmaceutical industry, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Training, and Business Development.
Her expertise in the Oncology Therapeutic Area covers nearly all solid tumors, hematological malignancies, and bone marrow transplantation. She also has experience in other therapeutic areas such as chronic kidney disease, HIV, solid organ transplantation, and rare diseases. Mónica has extensive experience in medical monitoring of Phase I, IB, II, and III oncology trials, including immunotherapy, small molecules, tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), and standard chemotherapy, among others.
