Carl became Chief Financial Officer of Evestia Clinical in December 2024 upon its initial investment in the acquisition of EMAS Pharma. His previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bionical Emas and he was Group Financial Controller at Chiltern International Ltd and Ergomed plc.
Carl began his career with KPMG in the UK and was seconded to Australia where he spent 10 years working for KPMG and Orica, an Australian listed multinational company. Carl is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a bachelor’s degree in economics and economic history. He has more than 20 years’ finance experience having held senior finance positions for most of his career, most recently in the CRO sector His expertise includes building best-in-class finance teams, as well as acquisitions and divestments.
